1. Intended use
AuditIt is for recording genuine before/after condition audits (for example equipment rental, vehicle condition, or property handover). Evidence and reports must reflect real audits performed by your organization.
2. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- deliberately misrepresent captured evidence or forge signatures;
- harass individuals or violate their privacy rights;
- attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls;
- probe or attack the service, other tenants, or public verification infrastructure;
- use the service to claim court certification, fraud-proof status, or automated liability decisions;
- resell access in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.
3. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts, revoke public links, or refuse service when we reasonably believe this policy or the Terms of Service have been violated.
